I AM two of the most PowHerFull words...

I AM  a Medicine Woman! A Spiritual Bewitching Magickal Wild Chick! I Embody the Spirit of a Goddess and the Soul of several Lifetimes!  I AM a bit eccentric and eclectic! I AM a hodgepodge of beautiful imperfection.  I AM Authentic, Unapologetic and FREE!  I AM  my Ancestors Wildest Dream & the Embodiment of The Divine...AND F! THAT! I WILL NOT SHRINK to accommodate anyone or anything. But here’s the think, although I knew who I was I didn't Know who I was….big difference! But once it had been revealed and I began to See how I had been Chosen, Consecrated and Initiated for this Purpose…oh Ba-bay! My Life changed! My Purpose and path become so clear! The embodiment of my Passion became more Authentic! And my Spiritual journey to my Remembering began.

At the age of 13, I told my mother that I wanted to be a sex therapist! Yes! You read that correctly! I wanted to give women and girls the Gift of safety! I wanted to be that safe space where other women could come to talk about sexuality! We needed a space to talk, to learn, to laugh, to cry, to heal and to honor ourselves and our sexualities in all its beautiful facets and colors! Although, I knew what I was saying, I did not truly Know. However, over the years, Spirit has revealed to me just how PowHerFull my Gift would become. This would be a Gift to undo histories of unhealthy and toxic DNA encoding, to peel back and heal layers of trauma(s), to change Lives and transform legacies that will transcend generations.

Why I do it...

​

I got into this "stigmatizing," "shameful," "nasty," "dirty,” misunderstood field of sexuality just for that very reason! I was curious! I wanted to know just how stigmatizing, shameful, nasty, dirty, and misunderstood sexuality was. So, I jumped knee deep in it, searching for the truth. What I found is that sexuality is definitely misunderstood, misguided and manipulated. However, what I also learned was that our sexuality is natural, beautiful, complicated, complexed, fluid, colorful, pleasurable, spiritual, and Divine. It's who we are and to deny this very core component of our being is to deny ourselves. This my Love creates pain, frustration, anger, depression, dissociation, duality and so much more. 

 

When I came into this level of INNER-standing and Understanding about our sexuality, it became my Life's Sacred Soul Purpose to Empower folks with the REAL information and education to make informed choices on how to live and Embody their sexuality Authentically! Over the years as I've grown on my Spiritual journey, I also began to recognize that we as women do not truly Embody the PowHer of the Divine Feminine nor do we understand the PowHer of our WOMB space. This Re-membering prompted be to dig deep...Enter Lilith! Enter The WOMB Space! This Journey into the deep and dark help me to re-member and re-connected me to my Soul Purpose and brought me to Sacral Soul...

Now how do I do that....glad you asked!

First and foremost, there's nothing conventional about me! I don't do "normal," whatever the F!  that is! I color outside the lines. I don't subscribe to the traditional societal beliefs, values and norms. My passion is deeply rooted in helping folks discover, explore, embrace, and celebrate their Authentic Selves! I help you dig deep into the shadows of the soul! My brand of method  is honest, raw and authentic! It’s healing! I keep it 100% real! I help you understand the intersectionality of the WOMB Space  as it relates to your LIFE! I'm very unapologetic about giving you the tools that can heal and save your LIFE while at the same time increase your intimacy, pleasure and love, self-love and the love you share with others! In fact, there's absolutely nothing else in this world that I'd rather do! How Dare I Not?

I serve as a Guide to help you to dig deep into the shadows of the Soul! I work to empower folks mind, body, Spirit and Soul! I help folks with permission, forgiveness, healing, discovery, exploration and celebration of the WOMB Space! I focus on helping folks unpack the layers upon layers of "stuff" and unhealthy messages that we've received about sexuality growing up. I call it "unpacking your "-ish!" This is "SOUL" Work!

 

I help folks understand how PowHerFull our WOMB Space  is. I teach them to understand how our WOMB impacts every dimension (mental, emotional, spiritual, biochemical, energetical, social, financial, legal, institutional, political, historical, ancestral, physical, etc.) of our lives and how the intersectionality of race, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexual identity, sexual orientation, religion, etc. impacts these dimensions.

 

I offer Ancient Wisdom, Guidance and Medicine for healing! My Sacred Soul Purpose is to help folks Heal and move past the -ish that's been holding them back, so that they can own their WOMB PowHer, experience their Authenticity and vibrate and operate from their Highest Self!  My work Center on Healing and Integration the fragmentation of the mind, body, Spirit and Soul! My Healing modalities/practices include: Platicas/Heart Talks, WOMB Healing ie yoni Steam, Mayan abdominal Clay wrap, WOMB Candling, Fertility Stimulation, Birthing Doula,  Divination, Energy/INNER-G Healing, Dance, Sound Resonance, Art Therapy, Nature and Natural Attunement/Alignment, Honoring the Sacred Elements, Directions and Celestial Bodies, Breath work, Plant And Crystal Medicine, Rituals, Ceremonies, Blessings, Limpias, Soul Retrieval’s and so much more. I am a Sacred WOMB Healing ordained minister, certified clinical sexologist, sex therapist, women's healing arts teacher, author and speaker with more than 25 years of experience speaking, writing and teaching  about WOMB wellness and women sexuality across the country.

 

Now for the academics, I have a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Sexuality, Doctor of Human Sexuality (DHS), Master of Social Work degree with a clinical focus, Master of Science degree in Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Life Education. I hold several sexuality related certificates including: sex therapy, clinical sexology, Goddess Steam Womb Healing, Women's Healing Arts Teacher, Fertility Stimulation Massage Specialist,  just to name a few.

When I speak, I speak from my Spirit! You see the Purpose! You feel the raw passion! You hear the message! You understand the importance! You leave empowered! My style is very unapologetically! I am engaging, educational and entertaining!

I travel the country speaking and teaching at various conferences, conventions, events, workshops, media appearances, you name it! As an Authenticity Author

​

As a published author, I have developed several evidenced based curricula designed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to reduce their risk for HIV and other STIs by learning how to make safer and healthier decisions.  

 

I was also the lead author on the country's first faith based training manual for HIV/AIDS entitled: HIV/AIDS: A Manual for Faith Communities; which was endorsed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the National Coalition of Pastor's Spouses.
