Sacral Soul  Policies 

Please review ALL Sacral Soul policies when booking a session with Sacral Soul.  A "session" is defined as any class, workshop, service, appointment, etc. that has been scheduled with one of our  Sacral Soul Divine Feminine WOMB Wellness practitioners. 

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions

  1. To cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at no less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time. Sessions that are cancelled within less then 24 hours of session time maybe subject to paying the FULL payment amount for your session to the form of payment on file.

  2. If only a deposit was taken for your session, cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the session time will be charged to the form of payment on file.  If only a deposit was taken for your session, cancellations made prior to the 24 hour deadline,  can be applied to another session.

  3. If you accumulate a total of three (3) missed  and/or cancelled sessions, you may not be rescheduled for future sessions. Cancellations  will not result in a refund. If you are not rescheduled for any reason, a refund nor credit may not be issued. 

  4. If a session is scheduled by Sacral Soul, we will reschedule the session and you will automatically be enrolled in the rescheduled session. If for whatever reason we are unable to reschedule the session, a credit will be applied to your account. In EXTREME circumstances, if we are not able to accommodate you with another session or issue you credit,  a refund may be issues. **This is examined on a case by case basis.**

 

Refunds, Returns and Credits

  1. No refunds are given for any sessions, appointment, classes, workshops. A credit will be issued for any unused funds. 

  2. It is your responsibility to monitor the expiration date of amount credited. We will not extend the dates of any single session and/or class. No exceptions.

  3. No returns are accepted for the following:  Sacral Soul Blessed Blend Products, custom orders, Doll Babies, Money Gris Gris, Card Reading/Runes/Bones/Intuitive Messages or any custom work such as Road Opener, Collective Rituals, etc.

Attendance for Sessions

  1. If you are less than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment or in-person or online session, your session may need to be shortened in length to accommodate for other scheduled appointments.

  2. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment or in-person or online session, your session will need to be rescheduled.

  3. For Sacral Soul Class and/or Workshops, please log on to your  Zoom class or workshop at least 5 minutes early. Once the class or workshop has begun, you may not be granted entry to the class. If this is the case, you will be enrolled in the next available class and/or workshop.

Payments 

  1.  ALL payments must be made prior to participating in a session.

  2. If your payment is not prior to the start date of the session, you will be automatically enrolled in the next available session.

  3. A deposit is required to hold, reserve, etc. sessions.

  4. When applicable, payment options for sessions may be available. In such cases, all payments must be made by the due date.

  5.  A $25 fee will be charged for all declined autopayments.

  6. A $25 fee will be charged to all late payments.

  7. Students that experience more than 2 declined autopayments in a year (12 months) will be barred from signing up for any membership contracts in the future. No exceptions!

  8. Purchased sessions must be used within (6) months  of purchase.

Additionally Policies

  1. Sacral Soul reserves the right to refuse services.

  2. Even after a Beautiful Soul has enrolled and is participating in a program, Sacral Soul reserves the right to discontinue services and/or the relationship at any time. No refund will be given for any unused portion of payments.

  3. Prices offerings are subject to change. We will try, as humanly possible, to notify  in a timely manner.

  4. The schedule of sessions are subject to change at any time.

  5. Turn phones off or on silent during sessions.

  6. Please review our COVID-19 policies frequently, as they may change without notice.
